Qualitative research and evaluations
I conduct qualitative research and evaluations domestically and internationally in areas of social science. Examples of previous work and clients are available on request.
I also consult on research design and various stages of the research process in qualitative projects. I can provide more specific guidance and coaching in relation to qualitative skills that you might want to strengthen (i.e. interviewing, ethnography, autoethnography, narratives and storytelling, qualitative data analysis techniques, writing up, and disseminating work to a wide range of audiences).
Academic skills
I run one-on-one and group mentoring sessions and guidance on aspects such as: how to successfully complete your PhD, writing for academic journals, writing and submitting a book proposal, presenting at academic conferences and events, and more.
